THE ALL-UKRAINIAN AGRARIAN COUNCIL DISCLAIMER ISSUED TO THE CASE OF ANTIDEMPING MIT INCREASED BY THE RF

A long-awaited case to increase anti-dumping duties on fertilizers from the Russian Federation. The plaintiffs are Concern Stirol, Azot, and Severodonetsk Azot Association (Ostchem). Defendants are the Interdepartmental Commission for International Trade (ICMT) under the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry.

The latest news from the press service of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council (VAR): "The District Administrative Court of Kiev did not satisfy the appeal of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council regarding the prosecution of a third party to increase the antidumping duties on fertilizers from the Russian Federation."

The court motivated its refusal with the desire not to overload the process with additional subjects. But we are talking about the unification of more than 130 enterprises of the agro-industrial sector, which are clearly and directly involved in the case. At the same time, the court found a number of questions to the enterprises: the statutory documents, as well as additional evidence of the members of the council for the violation of their rights and whether they are indeed consumers of fertilizers, which is the case.

Lawyer Tetyana Kozachenko, who protects the interests of agrarians and VAR, assured that this does not restrict VRA to appeal a decision when it is made in the first instance, in appeal proceedings, demanding to bring the council as a third party without any independent requirements.
